“Everything for the most part is expected… EXCEPT A/C or air conditioning: It boggles my mind that these properties are allowed to market air conditioning when they are incredibly underpowered or simply don’t work. My room did not cool off, kind of, until 3-5 am every single night. It was a nightmare. They don’t care because they know it’s like that. I had to buy a large fan just to trick myself to sleep. The quickest tell that they are confidently aware of how they’re skimping you… The lobby……

“Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable”

“Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early since our rooms were ready. Very clean rooms and great air conditioning. We had a balcony overlooking the plaza and it was great. My only gripe was with one of the bartenders during the day. We picked up food at the market and brought it back to eat in the lobby of the hotel. Turns out all the tables and chairs in the lobby fall under the purview of the bartender. After giving one of our group some grief for asking for a glass of ice, she came……

“Nice staff, very good location to the Museum and the beach. Terrible experience about the room. We stayed in the room 206 at the beginning. It is unbelievable, room 205 and 206 are seperated by a single door! I could hear the person in the room 205 having shower, flushing the water or even turning on/off the light. The next day, we got the room changed. We did not have the problem of the noise. However, the bed is another issue. The bed is not fixed, the rollers of bed can slightly move If you……
