「The rooms were comfort and clean. The rooms were set up like small apartments, so it was lovely having a kitchen and a large refrigerator to use. Also, the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything. It’s tucked away down a side street, so it is very quiet at night. The staff was also wonderful. Especially Thomas. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. 」

「房間乾淨，鄰近超多店舖/餐廳。 有位載眼鏡的女職員很熱情，每次經過都會跟我停打招呼 說一兩句話。因為去下龍灣，行李寄存了幾天，回來後 職員已經記得我們 還把行李放到我們新房間！👍 唯一缺點是位於車子到達不到門口的小巷，所以call車 記得走去大馬路方向call車」

The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated.
