"Really enjoyed our 5 night stay, every single interaction with staff on reception, breakfast crew, gym/pool staff, cleaning staff was 10/10 service, nothing was too much. Just across the road from the mall, we walked to/from MBK every day as this was the drop off point for tours. Gym was very nice with very cool towels in the fridge. Didn't use the pool but it looked very big. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Thank you staff for our great stay and look forward to coming back. "

"I have stayed here so many times over the years. This stay was an improvement on my last, two months ago. Great specials on now considering it's low season in Thailand. Nice room. Late check-out. Friendly staff. A bit more attention to cleaning and fixtures (the curtain tie hooks hanging on the wall) would see my rating improve. Great location - lots of shopping, 7:11, local market etc. "
"Sadly all the outside areas (the swimming pool and rooftop terrace/bar) were closed for our stay no doubt due to earthquake damage. Our bathroom also let in rainwater (again no doubt due to the earthquake). The Ascott offered the pool at the Urbana next door by way of compensation but that hotel is very tired and a little run down. The staff at the Ascott were tremendous, very professional and super helpful. They even allow you to call for pick up from Silom Complex if you’re an ASR member — perfect during the storms and torrential downpours we experienced during our stay."
