「服務人員態度很棒，不定期也會詢問你現在待在飯店的感覺，只是飯店沒有熱水和WiFi不是好用，有點老舊的設備。但整體來說我會願意在去消費。早餐真的很豐盛」

「The property was nice. The staff was pleasant. The food was good. Clean rooms, housekeeping was very very good. The bed was comfortable. No complaints for the duration of the stay. The hotel does not have a lift so must climb stairs to rooms. The stairs are clean and in an open space but if you have any physical ailments may pose an issue. 」

「I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Enugu over the Christmas period and it’s not bad. It’s a smaller hotel and the rooms are an ok size. I love they have a lounge area and sit down area. The room service was good as well. When I booked I was told complimentary breakfast but that was non existent . I can say that customer service was good. 「Rooms are too small, not value for money and not well maintained. The AC in my room was gushing out water like tap. The bathroom glass shield fell off and wasn't fixed. The AC in the property seems inferior as it doesn't cool effectively」
