Always N Season, Almost Oceanfront House in Emerald Isle, NC!

Completely Renovated! –Fun is Always N Season when you visit this 7 Bedroom, 5 Full Bath, Almost Oceanfront property with a Private Swimming Pool (pool may be heated for a fee of $650/week + tax) and Hot Tub. Only a few steps from the beach, which is never crowded because the island is only 3-houses deep in this stretch of Emerald Isle! The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for easy access to the entire house. The Large “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Enjoy the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great views of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!

All new bathrooms and plank flooring throughout the house, plus all new porch and pool deck furniture. New decks and porches on every level, outdoor grill station/patio, and new hot tub. New kitchen and new furniture throughout.

Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a large Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and free-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Views of the Sound.

Level Two: Spacious Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Views. The Large Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Views from east to west. Bedroom #7 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower and free-standing tub, and Great Views of Bogue Sound.

Amenities include: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, a Private Pool (pool may be heated for a fee of $650/week + tax) and Hot Tub, Washer and Dryer, an Elevator to all 3 floors, a Media Room with a Large-Screen Roku TV, a Game Room with a Pool Table & Foosball Table, an Oceanview Deck, a Covered Porch, a grilling patio with a Weber Gas Grill, 10 Roku TVs with Basic Cable’s, Professional Landscaping, Double Oven, 2 Dishwashers, 2 Refrigerators, , and big backyard suitable for badminton, bocci, or soccer practice!

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No Fee! No cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
