The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and a Dishwasher. There is additional seating for 3 at the Breakfast Bar. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath on this level.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds, a Twin Daybed (Daybed has Twin Trundle - linens not provided for Trundle), and a door leading to the Uncovered Deck. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. A Full-Bath connects Bedrooms #2 and #3.

Amenities include: 4 Color Cable TVs, Blu Ray DVD Player, 2 DVD Players, a Washer/Dryer, a Dishwasher, a Microwave, Central Air/Heat, a Breakfast Bar, an Uncovered Deck, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 blocks away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance year-round.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
