Ground Level: Parking, Elevator Access

Level One: Bedroom #1 is a Master Suite with a King bed, private bath and deck access. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and shares a hall bath. The Game Room with pool table, Den with kitchenette and Theater Room round out the level and open onto the deck, pool, hot tub and beach access.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and deck access and shares a hall bath. Bedroom #4 has a double/twin bunk with a shared full bath and deck access. There is a dedicated office on this floor with a sofa and deck access as well, that shares a hall bath. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed with a private bath and Deck Access. Bedroom #6 is another Master Suite with a King bed, private bath and deck access.

Level Three: Bedroom #7 is the final Master Suite with a King bed, private bath and deck access. The open living and dining area and spacious kitchen finish the floor. Seating is no issue on this floor with plenty of dining space, bar stools, and a seating nook with two cozy chairs and a wet bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space.
