"We enjoyed our week at this cute beach cottage. Location near the Point and other beach access was perfect. Kitchen and living room were great to hang out as a family. We loved the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit small and lacked counter space. Overall a great spot to enjoy the beach!"

"Just book it!! This property is amazing. It’s like your own private resort. Everything is high end from lighting to the beach chairs. They have thought of everything. The pictures on the site are amazing but don’t do it justice. Our family will definitely book here again. Everyone in our group loved staying in this house."

"I would highly recommend this rental house. The owner was quick to respond with my questions. Once inside the house, all the directions were easy to follow. We found the labeling of everything from dishes, cabinets, and light switches very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn't ask for a better vacation."

"The house is amazing. The pool is bigger then most you will find and hot tub was perfect. The rooms where very nice. The kitchens were well stocked and everything was super clean. Every part of the house was well maintained and comfortable. Grateful to have found this house for our family."

"It was confusing how to get the beach chairs. The picture on VRBO makes it look like it has many beach chairs but the garage looked like it was under construction. So we had to go out and spend 70 on a chair where I would brought my own. We were unable to get into the gated community our name was not on the list and no one was answering the intercom. We were lucky that after a few minutes a person with a card was coming in and let us in. Other than these frustrations I would probably stay there again. Just needs better communication."

"Overall the house was perfect for our gathering of friends. The house was clean, the view was great and the walk to the beach was short. I would recommend that the grills get replaced. The propane grill was not cleaned and looked like it was time to replace it. The charcoal grill was ok but again needed a cleaning.Stephanie was responsive and attended to our needs."
