“This room is located in a motel-style cluster called “Green River Inn.” The room itself was clean, but there was a roach problem. We saw at least 10 in the 3 days we were there. The hot plate worked only sometimes (wouldn’t work if someone was in the shower or the temperature was over 400 degrees). Felt very much like the renovations were cheap. Overall, it did the trick as a cheap place to stay, but visitors should be informed of these things before booking. ”

“This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere”

“Great location and space for the kids to play outside”

“Clean, loved the turkeys and chickens, spacious. Several arteries within walking distance. And 10 minutes from Capitol Reef which is the reason we were there ”

“Great place to stay and close to everything in town. Thanks!”

“Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in a peaceful location. Mary was a great host. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.”

“The place was really nice and clean and in a good location. I would definitely stay here again!”

“This apartment was perfect for our family! Many options for sleeping and comfortable places for eating together. The apartment was decorated nicely and was very clean. In addition, we had a few questions and the hosts were very prompt in the answering them.”

“Cute and comfortable ”

“It was convenient to Skyline Resort. Easy to get to. Would recommend ”
