"This home is spacious and well appointed. The owners were easy to communicate with and super helpful. They had all the basic essentials on hand + a few extra surprises (breakfast snacks, oatmeal, hot chocolate, and coffee). Everything in the home was perfect and as described. Only one thing was different, we didn't find a queen bed in the office area and the sofa in the office didn't pull out to a bed. However, they owners did have 2 queen blow up mattresses which we used and they were both...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. There was ample room for 5 adults and it was a plus to have to different rooms for watching TV. The rental was also located out of town a little bit which was nice. TJ Rockwell's restaurant was a wonderful place to eat and would highly recommend it for any who visit the area. The home was well appointed and a great rental overall."

"Much older home with 2 bathrooms ,one on second floor and one on third floor . There was an awful smell coming from the tub on 3rd, floor. My son being a plumber said it was not vented properly. Bedrooms were all upstairs 2nd and 3rd floor, very comfortable beds and clean, Stairs were narrow and hard to climb for the older ones staying, especially just to go to bathroom. Only 1 parking space for property so any extra vehicles had to park elsewhere away from the house, We had to be dropped off...

"It is an amazing house with large areas for playing board games, lots of sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms. There were candy treats, coffee options and a basket of fresh eggs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house was very cozy and welcoming when we arrived. A very unique property in an area with a good hiking trail you can walk to and the town of Marietta to explore. Our group of twelve all want to return!"
