Andy communicated promptly and gave clear instructions on where to locate our key and room. Quiet location just a few minutes’ drive from the quay in Portmagee. “Visited with friends and had a good stay. The rooms and restaurant were of a high standard. Check in was via App although as I was remote from networks at times it was a bit complex. In room breakfast was good but I would have preferred a cooked Irish. The Restaurant could not take credit cards on the night due to equipment failure so had to pay the next day. Businesses should have back up options available .... spent half an hour standing around while a workaround approach was agreed.”

The problem is that you can clearly hear the footsteps from upstair and the noise last until midnight. But the room itself is tidy and clean.”
