"We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The chalet is very clean with a well appointed kitchen and good quality mattresses & bedding. The house is cozy (small) but it was the perfect size for our family of 3. The location can’t be beat if you’re planning to ski. The WiFi worked great and so did the Samsung Frame tv. The tub/shower was missing one of its glass doors, making showers a bit messy, but that was the only hiccup. The owner was very responsive. We would 100% stay here again. "

"This property was exactly what we were looking for! A quick walk to the water front and deep enough into the woods that you see deer walking and can hear an acorn falling from the trees! The property has everything you might need and makes for a perfect homey get away! The beach and views are beautiful and is situated perfectly between Harbor Springs and Mackinac City! We would love to return next year! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin on the lake. It is cute, comfortable and equipped for our needs. The location is close to the Mackinac Island ferries and also close to both Lake Huron and Lake Michigan for coast drives. Highly recommended!"

"Older cottage but kept well. Would have been nice if bedroom doors closed easier, they dragged across floor making loud noise in night. Extremely pet friendly (which was great) Kitchen was nice and seemed to have all the basics needed. Loved having the campfire at night before bed. Overall, comfortable enough for a couple nights stay. "

"The cabin was perfect for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. We loved the privacy and the extreme quiet from the hussle and bussel of dayly life. If you like rustic this is a perfect place. River is so clean and sandy bottom. Outdoor kitchen was my favorite. "

"The property is very remote, tucked into the neighborhood. Unfortunately, there was no direct access to the lake. The cabin was simple and rustic. Since we were just staying overnight, it worked out very good for us.We had breakfast at the local restaurant where we were seated on the back porch overlooking the lake. The food was excellent and a great start to the day."
