“Property and surroundings were amazing. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. We were disappointed that the fire pit and grill had been removed due to regulations. The beautiful walkway, seating and fire pit was a main selling point when we were renting this property. The house is fully equipped with anything you would need. “Great location! Close proximity to many family activities. Love the spaciousness with lots of beds and gorgeous view from the deck. Sort of missed a tv on the main floor but it was fine to not have it too. Checkin and checkout simple and all the kitchen wares you could ever want! Wonderful to have 2 washer/dryer sets! ”

“Our stay was nothing short of MAGICAL!! The house, the amenities, the VIEWS! The location was perfect for our stay as it is about 35 minutes to everything we wanted to do…CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, Arvada festival, Red Rocks (about 45 mins), downtown Golden. I was nervous about the winding mountain road to the house but it wasn’t bad at all and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We had a little nephew stay an afternoon with us and he had fun with the tinker toys, ping pong table, and swing set.……
