Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. I did not answer the question regarding the property manager as we did not speak or meet with him, nor was there any reason to do so. The conversation with the property owner answered all our questions, and resolved the misunderstanding completely.
