“The place is great. Clean, modern, with great amenities inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the place has a huge yard, a fire pit, a nice deck, and an easy path to the water. Emporium is charming and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I'll stay again if my work or life brings me back.”

The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. Visited the Benezette Elk Center as well as some of the Elk viewing areas (though we didn't expect to see any, as it was the wrong time of day and season). We also took a short hike. “15 members of our family stayed at Rich Valley Estate from August 9-15 2025.Check in couldn't have been easier. What a fabulous home, plenty of room(s) to sleep, gather or separate yourself to read, take a nap, watch TV or get some work in. The property is beautiful, we explored it on foot and with 4 wheelers. The swimming hole is a beautiful spot, but our kids preferred a pool which we discovered at Sizerville State Park - just a few minutes away. At night we had fires in the fire pit, showed……
