「In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it. 「The hotel is quote close to the Samal bus station (around 10 minutes by local bus). The room is clean and tidy. Plus, the staff are REALLY helpful, especially in helping us in register issue. Really recommended. : )」
