"Grounds are immaculate, but loud groundskeeping went on for majority of a day. We had a deafening leaf blower going near our room for two hours. It seemed like overkill. Time would be better spent refinishing the worn tops of room furniture. The pieces are decent, they just are worn to the wood. Even some lemon oil would make them more presentable. We were generally impressed with Peach Tree for the price."

"The rooms were outdated due to the outlets. My room had many outlets but they did not work and or hold my charger. The set up was nice but yet again outdated. Had a small living room, then walked into two sink bathroom with a small closet and then door locked with a bathroom with shower and tile it and another mirror and sink area. I liked how spacious the room were. Then our bedroom two queen bed very comfy and clean again just outdated furniture. Work well for us. If you need a place to rest and sleep this hotel is fine. If your style is a bit more updated then this is not the place for you. I didn’t try the breakfast or pool. They offered it just didn’t have the time to go. Staff was friendly at the check in guided us to our room and explain their establishments was large. Air conditioning in the room work great especially in the Texas heat. We asked for extra towels and they provided."

"The home is very clean and the beds were amazing, we also enjoyed the pool and the wildlife, got to pet some hourses too! The check in process was a little confusing, because the address we got took use to a different house (not far from the actual house) so we found it but we also did not realize the house we rented is connected to another house. The area was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay!"

"Our trip was great and so much fun! It began with checking into our Cottage and it certainly did not disappoint. Everything was just as it had been described and much much more! Lynn and Jerry have truly built a little piece of Heaven and made sure it was just like home. You really don't have to worry if you forgot to bring something with you because they have thought of almost everything!!! One of the highlights of our visit was watching and feeding the deer in the mornings and evenings! It was so peaceful and quiet sitting on the porch listening to the birds talk to each other and watching the hummingbirds 'jockey' for a place at the feeder. Our little rescue dog Sally enjoyed our walks and watching the squirrels in the trees as well as the deer of course.The little bit that we have shared is only the tip of the iceberg because there are so many special surprises at the Cottage. We would share more but they wouldn't be surprises would they?!!! Our thanks to Lynn and Jerry for a wonderful visit and we will certainly be returning!"
