「Location is #1, closest motel to Main street shops and dining. Comfort and quiet are #2, Room was nice (mini-suite), so 2 TVs, lots of space, two separated sinks. No road noise or noisy neighbors. Parking is #3. We had rented a full-size cargo van. Their parking area accommodated the van very well. But, our room had not been renovated, so the bathroom, especially was out-of-date. No grab bar in a slick bath/shower, toilet seat would not stay upright for a guy's use so use one hand to do...

「Location is great, staff is very nice and parking options good. Property is clean but old. We had an upstairs Q room. Bed was comfortable. In most other cities this motel would not have as high a rating, but for the options near downtown FB, this is a convenient one w clean facilities. Don’t expect new and all the bells and whistles updates and you’ll be fine. 」

She was a bit disappointed, but overall we were very happy with the facilities and I would recommend it. 「This is our third time to stay at the Ainsley House and the location is fantastic. Over the years and multiple stays, the house has become slightly run down and needs some TLC. Overall the bed is clean and comfortable and everything downtown is easily walkable which is why we would stay here again.」

「Perfect little cabin for a couple to stay on a quiet street, especially if you are going to be out and about all day and into the night. The bed and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud and the A/C works really well. There were only 2 cons to our stay. 1. Be careful in the shower as there is no happy medium between the hot and cold water. 2. I'm not sure if it's where the wifi router was located but the internet was barely fast enough to work the smart TV much less my laptop for work...but if...
