"Great Staff!! "

"First the Staff was wonderful! They were very kind and arranged for an early check-in, however, the room had a horrible moldy pet type smell. Since I checked in early, I did not want to wait again for a different room. The coffee pot had coffee spilled under it and I had to wipe the surface down. The hot tub had so much debris in it, I was covered when I removed my suit with sand and leaf debris. The hotel would have given me a discount but could not due to being booked with Expedia. May have to think about using them again due to this."

"My stay at the Albert Hotel had several positive aspects, particularly the property itself and the welcoming front desk team. The hotel is attractive and has a lot of potential, and the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the first evening set a disappointing tone due to my interaction with Travis, who was hosting in the restaurant. His demeanor toward me and my wife came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Rather than feeling welcomed, it felt as though our presence was an inconvenience. In hospitality, the host sets the tone for the entire dining experience, and this interaction created a very poor first impression. Restaurant service throughout the stay continued to be inconsistent. Service was often slow, and on more than one occasion the cleanliness of cups and cutlery appeared to be overlooked. These are basic service standards that should not be missed. There were also some lapses in attention to detail with the room. On the second night, housekeeping did not leave the breakfast order card that is typically provided for in-room dining, which made it impossible to place a breakfast order for the following morning. Additionally, the phone in the room did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request assistance. Small details like these can significantly affect the guest experience and should be addressed. That said, several members of the staff were kind and clearly trying their best."

"My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary by staying for three nights at Friday Haus. It was everything I hoped it would be. A cozy little gem nestled in the heart of Fredericksburg. Not even a block off of Main Street, it is the perfect location. Highly recommend for couples, small groups, and families. You have all the necessities and a backdrop for amazing pictures in this sweet charmer right in the mix of all that is wonderful about Fredericksburg."

"The cabin was delightful and we loved the historic details. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft, rooms were charming - everything we needed was provided. Location was great, one easy block from a fabulous Italian restaurant (where we had the best calamari I have ever had), and a few blocks from the shops. We enjoyed playing dominoes on the covered deck. The hot tub was wonderful, we called because it looked a little cloudy and it was given prompt attention so that we could use it. Response from owner/manager was excellent. Would definitely recommend."

"We spent a few days in this adorable country cabin for 2. It was perfect! Within walking distance of mainstreet. Loved hearing the church bells. It was secluded even though it was right on main. The decor and the history of the cabin was delightful. "
