「My cousin and I stayed here and the 2 bd / 2 bth worked really well for us as we didn't need a ton of privacy. Would be great for a family, more than one couple might be too close quarters. We had some cleanliness issues when we checked in, but the hosts made it right. Huge yard, stocked fire pit, and gas grill. We cooked steaks in one night and had all we needed. If you have to work, there is a nice dedicated little office space in the back. Would definitely stay again. Not really walkable to...

「This VRBO was a lovely, comfortable, and clean garage conversion tucked in a quite neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the Fredericksburg area. We enjoyed the Pacific War Museum, shopping, German food, and riding bikes at the LBJ ranch. A leasurely drive through the Willow Creek Loop revealed the treasured wildflowers. Given more time a day or two could be dedicated to the area wineries, distilleries, and breweries. We settled for one tasting room on the main street. Enjoy!」

「Loved this cabin, not far from town but just far enough! Great views on front patio, deer, turkeys and birds galore, hot tub was nice at end of day! Everything was as shown.」

「Cute barn, but was 10 feet off the Highway & was a big noisy. Owners were working on property 10 yards from the glass front door so privacy wasn’t great. no ice/ ice cube trays or bottled water. Interior walls are very thin so the sound really carries 」

「I thought I was booking another RB&B closer to town that was larger so when I arrived, it was a little bit chaotic with my partner. She was a bit disappointed, but overall we were very happy with the facilities and I would recommend it. Two little snafus, one the yard man was mowing and weeding when we arrived and not his fault he was having to work around the weather conditions and he was there as we were leaving mowing the front yard. The other was the lock was very tricky, but the issue was...

「Perfect little cabin for a couple to stay on a quiet street, especially if you are going to be out and about all day and into the night. The bed and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud and the A/C works really well. There were only 2 cons to our stay. 1. Be careful in the shower as there is no happy medium between the hot and cold water. 2. I'm not sure if it's where the wifi router was located but the internet was barely fast enough to work the smart TV much less my laptop for work...but if...

「The only negatives on this property is the kitchen was sparsely furnished with pans and utensils. Also the smoke alarm is in the kitchen and went off every time I opened the oven.」

「Location is great, staff is very nice and parking options good. Property is clean but old. We had an upstairs Q room. Bed was comfortable. In most other cities this motel would not have as high a rating, but for the options near downtown FB, this is a convenient one w clean facilities. Don’t expect new and all the bells and whistles updates and you’ll be fine. 」
