“This an older property. The bathroom is due for renovation. Room is quiet and the beds were very comfortable. View of the river is very nice.”

“Beautifully decorated. Nice and cool rooms. Spacious design. The bathrooms were excellent and water nice and hot. The only disappointments were there wasn’t an iron and no breakfast was served. However there was a wonderful cafe near by. Just a 6 min walk. It made the trip well rounded. I will most definitely tell my friends and family and will stay again! Lovely staff! Made my husband and I wedding anniversary a very relaxing and stress free experience.”

A chic version of an Austin oasis on a campus of oaks in the heart of South Austin. The totality of the experience outshines any tiny nitpicks (as an example: a beautiful armoire that contains the TV and mini-bar/fridge took up a lot of space in a tidy room) and it was easily a five-star experience. Can't wait to go back.”
