"The yard shown in listing picture is not accurate. There is a new house next door and only a tiny strip of grass for dogs to potty on. The AC unit dripped into the potty area creating a muddy mess. Lots of stairs loading and unloading. AC issues throughout house and wouldn’t cool properly. Host wanted me to accommodate for their repair man to come which while I appreciate wanting to make the house more comfortable, that is not what I paid to have a vacation for. Especially with guests and dogs in the house. Host was understanding when I asked for them to delay the repair work until we were gone, which I appreciated."

"The host could not have been any nicer or accommodating. There was some confusion with housekeeping concerning check in time. The host was super apologetic and immediately came and did a thorough cleaning of the property. The house was spectacular and met our needs and expectations. The evening sunsets were breath-taking. The absolute ONLY down-side for us was there was no swimming area/shoreline access. Water toys were available at an additional expense. The house was COMPLETELY live-in ready...i.e.- washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, kitchen with pots, pans, mixmaster, spices, etc. There were multiple decks and indoor living space perfect for our family-get-togethers. All-n-all a great experience and we look forward to future adventures."

"Plenty of room for all 18 of our family members. There are plenty of beds with multiple beds in the same room but we didn't mind sharing. The double kitchens and living spaces were a life-saver with so many people and being able to walk right out onto the deck and be at the lake was amazing! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"The stay was amazing. We have been booking Annual stays on LBJ for 6 yrs now and this was our favorite yet. The house is beautiful and a perfect location on the lake. The guest house was a nice bonus. The house had everything we could need and having access to the kayaks was wonderful so we didn't have to haul ours. We will definitely look at booking this house again in the future"

"We had 11 people and the house had plenty of space and rooms. The kitchen was the highlight for gatherings. The lakefront was perfect for kids. The host was responsive and even checked in on us when the weather got a little bad."
