“The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. This apartment is housing the AC and Heating unit to the hallways and main office, so there is ALWAYS a loud humming and banging of the unit turning on and off. This……

“1. Disappointed that we did not have the code to enter the building. It was late at night and I had notified the host and ask for detailed direction to the property. Was not clean and was not properly stocked with even basic kitchen equipment such as a toaster, towels and utensils. Could not get a response from the host without involving customer service. Mid way through rental someone else had the door code and tried to come in. That person was redirected to another location but had our door code and which……

I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. I immediately documented the issues with photos, contacted management, and left without staying overnight. Unfortunately, the……
