“I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. I immediately documented the issues with photos, contacted management, and left without staying overnight. Unfortunately, the……

“The hosts are very responsive, they usually returned emails or messages within hours. They also answered their phones to give answers that we needed. The place is set up very nicely for 4 ladies to stay, each having our own queen bed and bathroom. It's very close to everything, you are within 10 miles of nearly everything you would what to do in Austin. The pool and hot tub area looked lovely but we did not use it. The apartment was very clean and tidy. ”

“The room was extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. We didn't cook in the room because we were only there 2 nights. We did notice the skillet needs scrubbing. We would suggest having a small table with 2 chairs instead of the desk with 1 chair. We didn't use the TV. We don't have streaming apps. Suggest having a few local channels for news and weather. The washer and dryer are a big plus. They are noisy and may need some maintenance. The belts are squealing.”
