「We arrived, went to the room and the trashcans were in the middle of the room(no liners). There were no towels or mat. It seemed the mattresses may have been new, however, they were rock hard. When my husband went to get towels, he said they acted as if he was wrong and there were towels. We have stayed here before, but the usual manager was not there this time. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower.
