"This property is not acceptable, and the staff shows nothing but disinterest. The bed and facilities in the bathroom were clean. But nothing else was clean, The floor was dirty, the furniture has not been dusted in weeks, and the grim around the bathroom sink and dressing table has built up for weeks as well. It was Ap 10-12, 2026. Do not recommend anything about this facility."

"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. i booked the room through expedia and upon check in i was given the wrong room. i got a room with one queen, non smoking. they put me in a room with two twin beds. when i asked for my room to be corrected they put me in a smoking room. the room was also filthy, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the toilet paper was obviously never changed. i have asthma and cannot stay in a room that’s been smoked in. when i went back to the front desk to ask for a refund, the manager said he couldn’t do anything because the room was booked thru expedia. i called expedia for help, and they called the manager and informed me that the manager was refusing to refund me. i had to just give up and check out and find a different hotel, without receiving any of my money.
