Wonderful staff, friendly, easy check in. Parking was easy. We saw dogs so it’s pet friendly. The condition of the property is average, a little aged, but our room was clean enough. Tiny bathroom with very aged toilet & tub. But again, clean enough for our one night stay.

First the office closes at 9 pm. So if you arrive after that you pick your key up in the drop box. Which is no big deal put hopefully everything works properly when you get to your room. Room service you have to put a card on the outside of your room. Well we didn’t get the card when we checked in and there wasn’t one in our room. Went to the front office and the guy at the front was not helpful at all. All I got from him was cleaning service leaves at 3 and we don’t have no towels up here to give you. We didn’t get no fresh towels or wash rags for the next night. No extra toilet paper. So we had to go and buy our own towels and wash rags, toilet paper. The shower doesn’t work properly. For the beds I hope you like sleeping on springs. You can also hear everything your neighbors are doing if you know what I mean!

Parking was great. Some screaming cats at nighttime were a surprise but not a big deal. Only serving breakfast on the weekend was a disappointing surprise as that was not mentioned on the travel webpage we chose the hotel from.

Although Expedia will sell you the idea that the hotel has complementary breakfast, it’s partially true, they only serve breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Very misleading on the Expedia side. Staff is super friendly and helpful, good price and good location.

Check in was smooth. We enjoyed the weekend continental breakfast. Bed was a bit too firm for me. Bring lots of blankets or a mattress topper if you are sensitive, like me, on firm mattresses. Close to restaurants and Main St. We had brunch on Monday two properties down and walked due to limited restaurant parking.

The check-in office was closed with a sign saying ‘back soon or call this number: xxx-xx-xxxx’ when we arrived in the middle of the check-in period. We returned twice more, after calling the listed number once. This is only a 6 hour period — seems like a reasonable time to be present! Also, the night was loud. If you need quiet (free from loud motorcycles and trucks) overnight, maybe look elsewhere for lodging.

The manager was off premises once we arrived n office locked. Not what we wanted after a long day of driving. 2 guests waiting in the cold so I called number posted n he arrived in roughly under 10 minutes. Sorta rude but I overlooked it. When we tried getting into room, keys didn’t work. I went to him for help n said they should work well they didn’t. He said give me a few minutes while wife waiting on balcony of room. He arrives n he can’t get in room. Didn’t bring master key so we’re waiting in cold again waiting on him. After roughly 15 minutes or so we finally get inside room. The morning manager was very polite n welcomed everyone while taking care of breakfast area. She was a ray of sunshine!
