The location was fantastic and we all loved it. But the condition of the home was not as great. We had absolute great stay. Everything was very clean and spacious. You cant beat the views. Loved our morning coffees over looking the Ocean and surfers. It was nice to be in walking distance to so many different eating establishments. We will definitely come back again.

Such a joy!

My family and I were celebrating my husband’s retirement and our 38th wedding anniversary. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the view, the proximity to the beach, and the general Zin atmosphere of the community. We highly recommend!

Not perfect, but still great

The location is great, within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, a liquor store, etc. And amazing views atop a ~75’ bluff with surfers every morning and dolphins every morning and evening to watch. The home is a bit older, overall in good condition, just a few little things primarily outside such as glass wall panels that have fallen out of alignment, some holes between the ground and wall especially where the putting green is (luckily no golf balls went down them), and the green is worn and very uneven with a couple soft sink holes. Nothing that would stop us from staying again though. Only frustrations is the parking lane is so narrow I couldn’t pull in all the way if I wanted to open my truck door, and the beach access immediately next door that would as stated in the ad has been closed for 4 months so we had to drive a couple miles away to get to the beach.

Great location

The house has a great location. We appreciated the layout of the house, and everything was in order when we checked in. The hot tub was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay, but they were responsive and sent someone over to take a look at it. I did have several other discussions with the property management company during our stay as well. Overall the customer service was less than expected.

Spacious beachhouse

This was by far a great vacation. Met with friends and enjoyed this 5 bedroom. It is very spacious, plenty of room, great backyard to sit and watch the ocean. Saw many dolphins swimming.. Amazing property, friendly staff, great house, we will be back. Thanks Beachfront !!

Prettier than the pictures! Will stay again! Wifi was a little spotty but we were there during some storms. Plenty of room for 8 adults and the baby!

Priceless memories were made

Amazing views from a very large and comfortable space with many living/seating areas. The property is truly as described, and it is so convenient to be right next to the entry to the beach. Beds were comfortable and sheets were very clean, though some of the bedrooms are very dark. The kitchen was a bit bare-bones, in that it did not have very much silverware or many cooking appliances, all of which were very dated. The stove was particularly dated, and rather dangerous because one of the gas burners did not shut off easily, which is definitely a fire hazard. We strongly recommend that it be replaced as soon as possible. Management was very responsive when we made them aware of a few things: the hot tub would not heat up, and they immediately came and took care of it. We did mention the gas stove, and while one of the knobs was replaced, it did not fully solve the problem. Something we noticed about the place is that everything is extremely high, as if it were fitted for some professional basketball players! All of us are of average height, and it was awkward to be in this house where everything was made for giants. That said, nothing one can't ignore for a 5-day stay. There were no ant issues previously mentioned in other reviews, but there were some rats living behind the hot tub. This is absolutely not the fault of the property management, as there is a dumpster beyond the wall of the property that undoubtedly attracts the rats. We left them alone and they left us alone, though you must be very conscious about covering the hot tub when not in use! Check in and check out were problem-free. We would definitely stay there again, just recommend a new stove and refrigerator, and some updated kitchen equipment (pots, pans, silverware), as prices in California are through the roof, and it was super to actually be able to cook while there.

Great location.

Overall great stay at this house overlooking the ocean. The parking spot requires a bit of finesse and it's directly next to a public parking lot. Spectacular views, property manager was professional and responsive. Will stay again, thanks.

Fabulous Location

The property has an unbeatable location! Views are spectacular. The parking lot next door is convenient as finding the tiny driveway is difficult in the dark & on a one way street so challenging. There's no welcome basket or anything that you need when arriving (water, coffee, etc) so stop at a store before arriving.

Girls weekend

We celebrated my twin daughters 29th birthday and Mollys bridal shower. Location is amazing and views from the living room and patio are incredible. Lots of open space to spread out. Would love to visit again!

Even better than it looks

This house was wonderful - bright, sunny, clean, gorgeous views and sunsets. Definitely as billed and then some. The property manager responsiveness was fantastic (note this is not an individual, this is a company, so more structured, but not less personal). We stayed for Thanksgiving because my brother and his young kids couldn't travel to our mom's house as usual. Worked great for age range <1 to 78!

The view from this property cannot be beat. Spectacular. There are multiple beds, kitchen well furnished and clean. Some bedrooms had only a bed and lamp. No chairs and suitcases had to go on the floor. Most of the electrical outlets could use some TLC from electrician. Holes and loose cover plates. I was afraid to use them.
