Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this property. A great location in Encinitas within walking of everything except a grocery store. The house was clean and included all of the amenities needed in a rental. I think the owner is new to renting this house a few things were missing; garbage bags and paper towels for an example. Overall, a great house.
