Great location, great house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, updated house in the perfect location for an Encinitas vacation. The house is basically a block away from the beach in one direction and a block away from the main Encinitas street with all the restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and bars in the other. I would definitely stay in this house again for future stays in the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this property. A great location in Encinitas within walking of everything except a grocery store. The house was clean and included all of the amenities needed in a rental. I think the owner is new to renting this house a few things were missing; garbage bags and paper towels for an example. Overall, a great house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great place and location. View of ocean wonderful. Would rent again. Very responsive property managers. Really easy to work with. Suggestions: need upgrade on outside furniture and suggest outside table and L shaped couch in LR. Not enough seating to entertain with such a wonderful location. Need to have supplies available like chairs, umbrella and boogy boards but they brought right away on request.
