“What a wonderful space! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, downtown to shops and restaurants. The apartment was even nicer than expected: tall ceilings, washer and dryer, comfortable living space, nice bathroom! The owner was friendly, helpful and clear communication. “I can’t say enough about my stay! It’s like staying in your own home. Everything you need has been thought of. It’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s down right adorable and it beats a hotel any day! I didn’t want to leave. You can’t ask for more. It’s central. If there’s something you wanna do to the north it’s not far and if you wanna head south it’s not far. But when you come back, you’re away from the major hustle and bustle. I will be staying here again!”

“Great location!!! Very family friendly neighborhood! Cyndi is a fabulous host, excellent communication and was very helpful when we inadvertently forgot something after checking out. The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine!”

“Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again.”

“House was great! We had an intimate gathering of some friends before a wedding and we loved the house and location. You’re just steps away from Cardiff and a short ride from Encinitas. The house had plenty of room to sleep and we utilized the grill and the kitchen. If I needed to stay in Cardiff again, would happily set up here again!”
