Beautiful house & view!

This home is spotless and spacious. The deck is probably the best part, with a fantastic ocean view and tons of space. The private stairs to the beach are a plus but very steep. Make sure you have the energy to go back up! I will stay here next time I visit Encinitas.

Beautiful View!

We loved the view and location and the layout/floor plan worked for us too. The floors were a little dusty and maybe the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchens could have been wiped down but overall - we liked the place a lot. The outside back deck was a nice place to relax. The beds were comfortable with clean, soft bedding and the sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep was wonderful. For the record, we would definitely stay there again!

Great little beach house

We had a lovely stay at beacons. The stairs to the beach are not for the faint of heart but public beach access from the street is nearby. The queen size beds in the downstairs bedrooms are a tad soft and squeaky so beware of you are traveling with couples. The downstairs bedrooms also share a bath so maybe most appropriate for kids. Kitchen was well appointed, and the deck with a view of the sunset was absolutely amazing.

Great beach house!

We've stayed in the area the last 5 years and this was the best combination of location and house. The views are great from the upper level of the home and the deck is large, clean and also provides incredible views. It was clean, but we saw ants a few times if food/dog food was out. It wasn't a problem, but be aware. It's awesome having private access to the beach, for a quick swim or walk, but it is a rocky beach and you need to time the tides. At high tide, there isn't much lounging space and it is rocky. If you bring a dog(s) the neighbor to the north is very sensitive to barking and less than friendly. Apparently ours had an active barking day and we received notice and it wasn't an issue after that. If I was without dogs, I would stay here again for sure, it really is a cool house with great views.

This was such an amazing place. Simple yet has everything you need to just relax with loved ones. The View was phenomenal and having the windows open with the sound of the water was very relaxing. It was super clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

Amazing beach property, two levels of awesome views. All 3 bedrooms are ocean view with the neverending sound of the waves. We loved it! The walkway structure down to the beach was fun. The deck offers many choices of seating, sunning and the ocean view right in your face. We can't wait to go back.

Balcony is gorgeous! Unbelievable views. We had a wonderful trip and this house had everything we needed. The train horns were a little loud at night, but with the windows closed, it was fine.

Magical! Perfect location with mesmerizing views of the beach and ocean. The stairs from the house down to the beach are an adventure that is a must do if you stay at this property. Just gonslow and feel evey moment.

The view was excellent from the house and the terrace.Everything was clean and well presented. We had some issues with a dishwasher that needed repair but this was dealt with by the management company who were very understanding.I would recommend this property for groups up to 6.

Amazing property with total ocean views. My family sat on the huge, beautiful patio while watching for seals and dolphins. We saw dolphins every day we were there. Such an incredible home within walking distance from restaurants and shops, I didn't want to leave.

Fantastic Stay

The location is excellent and the house is perfect for a family vacation. Private stairs lead down to a great beach for swimming and surfing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun beach vacation.

This is a wonderful location with unmatched views of the ocean. The deck, balcony, and home have incredible views and are spacious. The property is private and quiet. The home is a little older, and has a wonderful charm to it. Open beamed ceilings give it a true beach cottage feel.We truly enjoyed our walks on the beach, the water is clear and the beaches are gorgeous. The home offers a ton of beach gear, so you can surf, boogey board, etc. Lots of beautiful shells and rocks. It also seemed to be mostly locals, so no large crowds directly in front of the property. Property has a very cool private stairway down to the beach, but prepare yourself for the amount of stairs down and then back up.Overall it was a wonderful getaway for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and would love to visit again sometime.

Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second stay at Beacons. This trip was just as amazing as the first. Ocean views for days, well kept house and property, and everything within walking distance…you can't beat it! Thanks for sharing this amazing home with us!

The view was beautiful and access to the beach was nice other than the last step to the beach, it was very challenging. The home was well stocked, was great to have A C, however it was extremely loud in bedroom #3, shockingly loud. There was quite a bit of wear and tear on the walls and base boards making it appear worn and dirty. The beds were comfy, even the cots too. I would not stay there again due to the noise of the A C
