“Great accommodation with good kitchenette with all you need. The check-in system was straight forward and done online with all codes sent before we arrived. We were aware of potential noise from neighbouring bar and street. We had suite 402 and heard no noise from bar but some from the street, especially on the Friday night but not enough for us to use ear plugs. Location is great, just a couple of blocks from the waterfront and Citadel, and also plenty of buses pass by. Good options for food……

“The place is very spacious, but over all the unit was very dirty, no counter space in the kitchen or fan, the stove and all the untensil drawers were dirty. There was no Kleenex and only mirror in the unit was in the washroom. When we arrived there was a used glass on the table and used dish sponge in the sink. There was a shoe tray with shoes already on it. There was no space for us to keep our shoes. the kitchen has very limited amount of dishes and we had to ask for extra towel, even though……

“Can’t say enough good about our stay! They went out of their way to make this weekend special for me as I’m a bride to be and booked this stay during my wedding dress shopping trip! My mom also forgot an item and the host was so wonderful about getting it back to us! The stay has GREAT views and the host is SO responsive 10/10!”

“The location was great walking wise to everything but extremely loud until about 4am. They blast music across the street on outdoor speakers which makes it really hard to sleep. The shower curtain was all full of mildew so the first day we had to walk to get a new one. The towels had seen better days and I found a pair of glue on eyelashes on mine 😳 The living room is extremely small but if the bed could fit there it would be a lot better for sleeping as the noise in the actual bedroom is so……

“Very steep and dark path with a few flat pads far apart down side of place to get to entry. Very high entry step with a wobble block to work as step.Once in place was clean and nice to stay and sleep.Only had decaffeinated coffee which was disappointing. No whitener/cream.”

“Avoidable disruptions, misleading descriptions, and a host who took no responsibility, all majorly reduced the quality of our stay.Mislead on the number of bedrooms: there are 5 bedrooms, not 6. One of the bunkbeds is in the downstairs common area.Mislead on the number of beds: Main floor kids room says 1 single bunk and 2 single beds. Not true, there is only 1 double bunk bed.Other guests surprise! Day of arrival the host said "There will be guests at the cottage during your stay. Please……

“What I loved was that the place was exactly as advertised both in pictures and description. It came well equipped and was very clean. It’s a great location, handy to everything. I found people in the building very friendly and helpful. It was very modern and well decorated, I felt I was staying in a very high end property. I would definitely stay again.”
