"可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店"

"飯店在有坡度的老城區，離車站有點距離，可以在火車站旁邊公車站搭1號公車，在第三站下車，再走250公尺就到了。計程車要20CHF。有大行李的，走路會很累喔。飯店房間有個小廚房，讓房間感覺起來寬敞。房間浴室都很乾淨，也很舒適。飯店周圍都是精品店，環境高雅，晚上可以出來散步，氛圍很好。早餐普通。飯店的性價比不錯。"

"This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling luggages after a long day and the high altitude of the location. "
