“We had a good stay overall and the location was great. The host was very helpful, responsive, and quick to assist whenever needed, which we really appreciated. One small suggestion would be regarding the heating — it didn’t seem to work very effectively, as cool air was still coming in despite adjustments to full heat. Additionally, some pantry items like spices appeared old or expired, so we didn’t use them. It might be helpful to have unopened essentials such as salt and pepper available. We……

“Location was great but listing was very misleading. If all you need is a literal bedroom then this is fine but the listing leads on that you are getting much more. ”

“Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) ”

“It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

“The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at.
