“The room was clean, but you could still smell cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. only If you're a smoker, you'll be fine at this property because everywhere you go, there are people smoking. Someone even decided to leave their dirty socks in the parking spot next to us. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned once while we were eating, and it was dirty, with some people 'packing' multiple plates and cups, which left the breakfast bar empty. Overall, I wouldn't stay again, but for one……

“This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy.……

“This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. I did see a very helpful employee cleaning the next day who answered……

“Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean……
