"We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. "Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff"
