This charming house in Enosburg Falls offers a cozy retreat for guests with 4 bedrooms able to sleep up to 8, including 1 queen, 2 full, and 2 twin beds. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with a jetted bathtub and shower. Stay connected with WiFi and take advantage of the game & fitness rooms. Experience the surrounding area attractions in any of the four seasons. Situated on a large open parcel with mature maple trees, historical barns, beautiful rock landscaping and well maintained summer flower beds. Sit by the fire pit at night or enjoy a meal on the deck. An easy commute to St. Albans (17 miles), Burlington (40 miles), Plattsburg (60 miles) or Montreal (70 miles). For the recreationist it’s adjacent to the 26 mile, 4 season, Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail and within 1 mile of the Enosburg Falls Country Club for golfing and the Missisquoi River for canoeing and kayaking launch access. Also within 25 miles to both Jay Peak and Smugglers’ Notch. Service animals only.

Spacious and Comfortable

Check in was easy and quick and the house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The kitchen area is large and well stocked for all your needs. Beds are comfortable and plenty of bedding provided. This is a great place to stay--highly recommend.

A great stay for a ski trip

I stayed here with 6 friends for a 3-day ski trip to Jay Peak and Smuggler’s Notch. This property is situated perfectly in between the two and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay!The property was clean and spacious. Perfect for a larger group.Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Ski House!

Had a great weekend skiing. Convenient and close to Jay peak as well as shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking and beds for a large group.

Perfect Ski Getaway

The location was close to all the Mountains. Kathy was fantastic at communicating and the house was much larger than what I was expecting. We had a great trip and I would definitely book again!
