「Due to a terrace outside this room the beach view was limited. However, the room was kept clean, all the staff were helpful and were always happy to assist us whenever we asked. We did not need to touch the air conditioning. There was a coffee maker in the room and coffee supplies were replaced as used each day. We came back to this hotel as it was on the beach and our previous experience was great.」

「L' emplacement de l'hôtel est fabuleux ,il est face a l'océan pratique pour aller a la plage. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le promenoir et la piste cyclable sont très agréables , ils partent , du village des pêcheurs et vont plus loin que le pont de Biscaye . 「We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all.
Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining.
The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good.

"A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel
Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"
