Overnight stop

Good hotel for an overnight stop on the way to Santander ferry port. Slightly small room but adequate for the one night. Good evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was a little uninspiring.

Great overnight stay

Lovely greeting by receptionist on our arrival, room had super comfy beds air con slow on fast setting but room was a comfortable temp. Shower over bath lovely and warm, small bathroom which was clean and all we needed for an overnight stop before the ferry.

Convenient hotel on outskirts of Santander after ferry crossing for 1 night stay. Easy to find, good sized rooms, quiet at night, easy check in, good price, hotel has cafe and restaurant for meals, adequate parking. Would stay again

Good stop over hotel

Great little hotel to use as a stopover while you wait for the Santander ferry. Its a 20 minute drive away. Good size rooms. Hotel staff helpful. There's a cafe and restaurant on site. Accept dogs which is important for us and free parking outside of the hotel.

Good hotel but café staff need to up their game.

The hotel was easy to find and we sekected it because it accepted dogs and was only a 20 minute drive from the Santander Ferry. The greeting from the receptionist was very warm and friendly and she answered all the queries we had. The room was clean, bed was a bit too firm for us, but this is just a personal preference issue. Bathroom was small but had everything required and was clean and tidy with plenty of hard water. There is a cafe and a restaurant on site to suit everyone's budget. The only thing that let the place down for us was the staff serving in the cafe. We got there mid afternoon and wanted a beer, coffee and cake and seemed to get ignored when i went to the counter to place my order. Other guests turning up behind me had their orders taken and I almost went to the receptionist to find out what the issue was. This happened again in the evening when we went down to have a light supper. Guests seated after us had their orders taken and were served before anyone came to take our drink order. Poorest service we had received anywhere we had eaten in the 6 weeks we had spent in Spain. Such a shame after the positive greeting and assistance we had from the receptionist.

Inaspettatamente buono!

L'hotel si trova in una posizione non troppo turistica, direi quasi di passaggio. Forse abbiamo avuto la fortuna di prendere una camera nuova, ma era pulita e luminosa, con un inaspettato (e minuscolo) frigobar. Letti super comodi e nel bagno c'erano addirittura un doccino extra nella doccia e uno persino a fianco al water. Peccato solo per la vista piuttosto deludente che dava sul retro dell'hotel.

Falta higiene

Falta limpieza, en la papelera del baño habia basura del huesped anterior, la bañera de hidromasaje no funciona, el altavoz de la tv no funcionaba bien, al subir volumen distrosionaba el sonido, al entrar en la habitación, apestaba a ambientador, tuvimos que abrir la ventana para ventilar, al volver olia a humedad, las almohadas olian mal, el suelo no estaba limpio, en general a la habitacion le faltaba limpieza, a sido una muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo para nada este hotel, aunque es barato ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel, las paredes de la habitacion tenian humedades, y el baño ademas de humedades y olores muy desagradable, mucha falta de higiene

Viaje por el Norte de España

Hotel junto a la carretera General, todo básico pero bien, limpio, habitación correcta, parking gratis y precio muy aceptable, lo mejor, la pastelería que está justo debajo del Hotel, desayuno para 3 con tortilla y bocadillos, zumos de naranja natural y pastelitos, todo por 15€ precio imbatible, felicidades.
