"It is such a lovely little gite. We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the owner as we had a text from her to say she didn't meet us as she couldn't speak English so any queries would be better sent to poplidays. It is an ancient old watermill and the mill race is still there so the sound of running water was an enjoyable extra. Whilst the gite was great the description of the facilities on the website is inaccurate. There is parking in front of the gite, ...

"Clean, quiet and nicely lokated village home with plenty of room. We stayed with our children and grandmother and had a very nice time. The beds were excellent and the view trough the windows is great. 45 minutes drive from Chartres and a 1,5 hour away from Paris (Center) and 1 hour from Versailles. Shortly we had a great stay, very cool!"

"A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. The house stays cool even in the high temperatures of the summer. The owner was so welcoming on our arrival. Her hospitality was a little added treat to our over all experience. "
