The property is lovely but a bit run down for the price you pay. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not heated as advertised— this was a major reason we booked here versus another. Apparently, it was just temporarily broken, but this should have been communicated to us before checking in. The couch was lumpy and worn, the kitchen was minimally stocked. No real dealbreakers but not what we expected for what we paid. Otherwise, check-in was easy and the hot tub and sauna did work.

The property overall is in fair condition. There several dirty dishes and the microwave was dirty as well. The fireplace was very welcoming but there were spider webs around it. The bbq outside was old and falling apart but I was still able to cook burgers on it. There also was a traeger but was always in use, when I wanted to cook. The pool was cold for me but my son did swim and enjoy the pool. The hot tub and sauna were very nice. For the price the condo was a pretty good deal!

On arrival the room wasn’t fully clean. There was debris under every table/piece of furniture. The conditioner in the shower was completely empty, the toilet handle was broken, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and there was no newspaper or kindling for the fireplace just big logs. The staff attended to the toiletries and fixed the toilet while we were out. They said they’d bring newspaper or kindling and never did. The ski shuttle was cancelled on the one day we wanted to ski so we drove ourselves instead. The pool wasn’t heated to 90 as advertised. Overall it seemed run down and promised services we paid extra for weren’t available. The location is great, nature surroundings are great, and the hot tub was nice. I don’t think we’d stay here again for the price we paid given the lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and amenities that were promised and not delivered on.

Rooms are very old and run-down, very little updated. Fixtures mismatched throughout and falling apart. Rooms are very smokey and dry due to indoor wood-burning stoves. LOTS of cobwebs throughout room.

Staff was courteous and very accommodating. Beds were comfy. We loved the board games and movie selection available for checkout. We appreciated the extra effort from the staff who delivered firewood and s’mores kits into our room upon arrival as we were running late to check in. The only downside was WiFi didn’t work and also, the furniture and appliances could use a refresh. All in all we had a great stay and would gladly return.

Overall it was nice: clean, no bugs, thermostat worked pretty well, sofa bed was surprisingly not too squeaky), bathroom was decent, had a kitchen so you can cook and even though we didn't use it because the snow at Crystal was terrible that weekend we went, there is a shuttle to drive to and from the ski resort. Only a few issues: the devices (router?) I'm the closer in the dining area was rather loud and people sleeping on the couch could hear it a bit too loudly, and everyonett during the day in the living room. Also the stove had one electric range (the largest one) that was broken. That is, the knob was missing and there was no metal stick even that the knob attaches to so we couldn't use it. Hot tub could be hotter? Freezer section in the fridge was not cold enough to keep anything frozen. Hopefully the pool is fixed next time we go.

Kitchen was not clean. Refrigerator had hair and food spills inside. Dishes had residual food. Dishwasher was broken and had food spills inside. Cobwebs were under the hood of the stove. Left a full page handwritten note for the staff on the condition of the room when we left. Proximity to ski resort is the main reason to stay here. The room had everything we needed but cleanliness was a major challenge.

The staff here were very helpful. Gave us some ideas for different hikes, sold some light snacks, and had firewood available. The pool, sauna and hot tub were beautiful and ther was a large lawn with volleyball, horseshoes, a fire pit and connect 4. It was a great stay for a quiet, outdoor focused stay.
