“Meine Buchung wurde wegen 'Wasserschaden' storniert und ich bekam keine Nachricht, nachdem ich um eine SMS gebeten hatte. Es kam eine Mail, die ich erst wieder zurück zuhause lesen konnte. Vor Ort telefonierte ich mit der Verwaltung, die mir lediglich mitteilte, dass meine Buchungsnummer wie auch mein Name nicht vorlägen. Wir gingen in ein Hotel, das wir direkt vor Ort aufsuchten.Trotz der Osterfeiertage waren viele Hotels nicht ausgebucht.”

“Adresse stimmte nicht mit Street View über Adresse ein.Nach Bezahlung und Bestätigung kam dann andere Adresse.Das ganze Haus mehr oder weniger verwahrlost,und einfach nur ekelhaft.Kontakt zu Vermieter grottenschlecht.Wir waren 4Stunden unterwegs, und zwei Stunden vor Ankunft hätte er uns eine email geschickt wo Schlüssel abzuholen sind.Da wir nun keine Internetfähigen Handys besitzen standen wir vor Türe.Nach etlichen Anrufen bekamen wir heraus wo Schlüssel ist.Dann öffneten wir die Haustür und……

“Apartment well equipped and, because of the enclosed garden, perfectly fit for us and our dog. The park nearby was great for the regular walks with the dog. The distance to the the Cathedral an back was a bit far, so 2nd day we took the car. Enjoyed the cellar tour and champagne tasting atTaittinger, which is neighboring the garden of the apartment. ”
