Provided Items:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels).
A starter pack of essentials, including 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 garbage bags.
1 travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and makeup remover towels.
Pantry Items: Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items are removed between guests. Please bring your own cooking essentials, such as oil, spices, and sugar.
Fire Pit: Guests must bring their own firewood for the fire pit.

Things to Note
The yard might be shared with guests staying in the main house.
Parking: Each studio has access to parking for 1 car, for a total of 2 cars
No smoking or pets are allowed.
The lofts in both studios are not for guest use. Please do not climb, remove, or move the ladders.

Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are installed for guest and property security. They operate 24/7 with motion detection and audio/video recording.
