The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. “The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful.……

“The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat! The Breakfast! This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also.
