"Really enjoyed my stay here. It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. They have a garden and they use fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden. The beach is small and there is an underpass to get to it from the hotel. "

Front desk service was not warm; had to call a number to have someone come to check us in and the lady was very blunt and neither informative or welcoming in the least; no details available as to wifi password, for example. Nobody at front desk for check out either. Attached restaurant was rather noisy. "

"Great breakfast. Loved the area and we had a car to explore which was necessary. The waterpark and watersport activities are not part of the hotel, which is not clear from the website. Poor engagement from the staff we met in the spa and at reception with the exception of the very pleasant gentleman at reception on the first morning of our stay. "

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
