"The area the hotel is in is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. Junkies everywhere. Human excrement on the broken sidewalks. I did not feel unsafe just not a nice area. The hotel has a hot tub which does not work. The sauna costs 20 euros for 15 mins. No one uses it. There is a tiny gym and two treadmills. The real benefit is the beautiful rooftop terrace where we ate regularly with an expansive view of Athens. The air conditioning was turned off after a few days and we were told to just open the window. That means hearing screaming and fights all night long. Then it was turned back on full blast a few days and we froze. Staff were otherwise very helpful and cheerful assisting us to get new tickets for the Acropolis. Close to Omonia metro station"

"This was my second stay and it was like coming home greeted at reception by Maria like family an shown straight to our room which was the Delux Suite and was clean and well equipped with everything you would need in the kichen. Later that day we ran into Lissal the other receptionist who also gave us a very warm welcome and also shared her knowledge of the local resturants and she was spot on. On another day she very kindly shared some of her local bread with us. On this trip I also meet with Harris the manager and he was charming and helpful. This hotel is a hidden gem in Athens and Harris and his staff should be very proud of their hard work. Can not wait to return."

"This property was amazing. It is very well kept and the staff were very friendly and professional. The food and the amenities were outstanding, and there is quite a variety to choose from. The homemade lemonade is like nothing I’d ever tasted. Unfortunately during my travels I sustained a knee injury and was on crutches during my trip. The entire staff was so helpful and compassionate.Maria and all of the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable to the point where they would bring food and drinks to my room if I needed to stay off my feet. The desk was very professional and helpful as well, I was having trouble arranging wheelchair services through the airport for my return flight and the young lady assisted me with the process, all of the front desk staff was amazing. My flight was very early in the morning and George on the night shift came up to my room to assist with my luggage because I couldn’t manage it on my own. He even helped me get into my taxi to go back to the airport. Everything was wonderful the view of the water/mountains are breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this property. I can’t wait to visit Greece again and I will definitely come back here, although I had limited mobility and couldn’t get around much thanks to everyone and I’m sad that I can’t remember every staff member by name because they were all great but the staff and the amenities at this property made my stay in Greece all the more incredible.
