Mohamed was so kind to take us to see sunset within half hour of our arrival and again the next day early in the morning to see sunrise. The hotel shows their efforts in building this great facility. We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff. “物超所值的帐篷营地，不愧是“豪华”版的，硬件和软件都非常棒。奥马尔在约定的碰头地点接上我们，进营地的路上先带我们玩了一把沙丘漂移，着实刺激。房间条件很好，有超大浴室，乘太阳下山之前天气缓和，洗了一个舒舒服服的热水澡，五点出发骑骆驼去车比沙丘看日落，一人20欧元。看完日落依旧是骑骆驼回营地，等待我们的是充满波斯风情的灯光和清晰的星光。晚餐很丰盛，地道的法式，吃完一道上一道，味道也可圈可点。用完晚餐，篝火燃起来，鼓点敲起来，请融入撒哈拉的music time：） 第二天还是乘吉普车漂移着出了沙漠，恋恋不舍。 这家营地的所有工作人员都会说“我的天呐”，看来没少接待中国游客。我家小朋友顺嘴教了他们“你愁啥”“瞅你咋滴”。”

“Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in Auberge Les Roches. We arrived by rental car around sunset and were pleased to have a complimentary tajin dinner that night. The breakfast was good, and we made tons of use of the pool, which was a hit with our kids. Amazing dunes are just a short walk away. We were in the area for fossil hunting. A couple other notes: we had to pay for the room in cash only, which we didn’t get notice about until the day before checkout and nearly had a problem with because……

“It’s close to erg chebbi so you can see sunset there. We got a free room upgrade which is spacious and with good hot shower. Good to have free pickup to hotel from bus station tour prices quoted by the hotel is expensive. In the end we booked something outside and hotel personnel was apparently upset by this and didn’t provide us with free drop off from hotel to bus station.”

“We stayed at White Camel Acaccia - which is a 5 tent camp setup by Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps. Excellent service, clean rooms. Food was wonderful. We had dinner and breakfast. Mustafa took care of every little request and detail. Merzouga Luxury Camps have two sites close to each other. This is the smaller site. Personalized service.”
