Problem with keys at checkin which was rectified, but horrible login to wifi, never did get it to work after multiple calls and trips to desk. Drunk parents downstairs making too much noise and kids left unattended running up and down hallways and knocking on doors at 11pm. No staff at desk half the time and no enforcement of noise levels for guests.

The hotel is right next to the mall area so lots of shopping and several great restaurant choices. There was hot breakfast available right at the hotel and complimentary coffee or tea 24 hrs. Pleasant staff and very clean.

I selected this hotel because it was listed on Expedia as "Pet Friendly." No pet fees were disclosed when I made the booking (through Expedia) but when I arrived at the hotel--late at night--I was informed there would be a large pet fee. At that point, I felt stuck and had no opportunity to shop around for a lower pet fee.

Could have been better
Room looked clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom did not have any hand/face soap. The nob you lift to start the shower pulled right off. My wife had an allergic reaction to the shampoo or conditioner that was furnished. And while there was coffee to make in the room there were no coffee cups.
