Our room was a bit outdated but it was clean and functional. The included breakfast was good. Was actually a made to order breakfast from the diner that is part of the hotel/motel. Not the run of the mill, continental breakfast. Would stay again.

All staff and owner/ manager are beyond amazing! Some of the staff (Tammy and Breakfast staff Erin )are by far absolute assets to the hotel. MGR has been very accommodating this trip and im truly thankful. Very affordable. Food is awesome laundromat 2mins down the road super clean and cheap so its not terrible to not have in house laundromat. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over! regardless the reason of your travels this is the place to stay!!

They actually have a sit down menu with 10 choices for their free breakfast included with the room!!! It was substantial with drinks and juice and fresh fruit included! The staff was great. The facilities clean with lots of parking. The down sides are no elevator and the walls are a bit thin when you have children next to you. The bed was ok but a bit firm for my taste. Would surely stay again and would recommend it.

Room was clean, comfortable, and staff were friendly and responsive. The complete breakfast included with the room in the attached cafe is very nice and their staff have excellent commitment to help guests get off to a good start each day. I've come back to this hotel repeatedly.

Everything was good except for one thing: we stayed for 2 nights and the staff didn't clean our room, provide fresh linens/towels/cups on the second day, had to go to front desk to pick up items. The breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was really good, with a nice serving and a very tasty food. The maintenance of the room would be much better, we needed to replace some bulbs, some handles and racks were broken (not critical but not pleasant experience), pool which was kind of attraction just closed for season (c’mon, end of September, daily temperatures more than 70, for some northern countries it’s just summer!). But place was clean (daily cleaning) and bed was good enough. We liked the nice people working there, staff were friendly to us.

Older hotel but clean & comfortable. Breakfast was at the connected restaurant/bar. An actual menu to choose from for breakfast. The wait staff was very friendly & portions were large. Food was fair but the staff really made it enjoyable.

Rooms need some TLC rust in the tub, toilet was completely stained and looked unclean. Carpets were very stained. Staff was nice and beds were comfortable but it needs a deep clean and an upgrade.

This is an older place, but it's clean, comfy, and very quiet. The free breakfast is ordered off a menu, but they still put out fruit buffet style. They have towels for the pool. The restaurant is very good. They have a saloon which I don't use, but it always seems very energetic and a good vibe to it. Perfect place to stay for vacationers to Presque Isle and Waldameer. Absolutely wonderful staff. We have stayed here multiple times.
