「Very beautiful」

「It is great hotel in Windhoek.」

「This is a very nice hotel. Though the rooms are quite small to my taste, but the place is modern, clean, and close to the biggest shopping mall. Breakfast was also nice.」

「很晚才到，服务员还等在那里，还派车送我们到，很近的距离，真不错，在当地估计比较有名，机场出租车司机都知道这个酒店，保安也很好，进去有人在看」

「Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious, however the menu and allocated inclusive points you have to order other items not included in said points needs more clarity! The downside were the showers, we only stayed for 1 night but didnt use them as they looked horrible and need to be removed and new ones installed. 「A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service was excellent. Nice room pool and a choice of 3 restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend.」

As a guest, I expected a much better standard of food and service, especially considering the premium prices on the menu. However, my biggest concern was the hotel’s security and access policy. Closing the main doors at 10:00 PM and forcing guests to enter through the garage is unacceptable....

「Great location, security and food and wine options. The staff was amazing, loved chatting with the local staff. So friendly.」

「I was in room 2 for 1 night. The shower is moldy and extra small. The bath room needs a major upgrade. The bedroom was adequate. The breakdast was sparce, but the owner is very attentive.」
