“We loved the farm animals, the birds, the dogs, the vistas, the quietness, the gardens, the owners - and the cute little suite that we stayed in. It had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stay to check out Mole Creek, for our lunch at The Truffle Farm and to check out Deloraine. The place was beautifully clean and contained all that we needed. The bed was comfy, the wood fire was a little cracker and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was divine. We'd love to head out that way……

“We had one night in the Devonport area after coming off the Spirit of Tasmania, and the Red Door was a wonderful place to stay. Beth's communication before our visit was prompt and helpful, and we appreciated her restaurant recommendation. We also really appreciated being welcomed to check in early since the cottage booking schedule allowed for that. Breakfast was very nice--just what we'd requested.Definitely recommend the Red Door!”

“If you want peace and quiet this is a must. I loved the sustainable living and having never stayed in a place like this, i found it to be an amazing experience. Even my 13 year old loved it, late at night she made a cup of tea and sat outside just in awe of the quiet. Me i enjoyed my complimentary wine while stargazing and listening to the sounds of nature. So incredibly happy with our experience and would definitely go again. Thankyou for an unforgettable stay”
